A Family Legacy
Chef and owner, Nicole DiGiusto has had a life long love affair with the restaurant business. Growing up in her family’s restaurants she learned every facet of the industry. Nicole opened her first cafe on the historic Plymouth waterfront, which she successfully ran for over a decade. in 2016 Nicole made the move to Norwell and opened “Little Carmen’s”, an homage to the family business, Carmen’s Mexican and American Restaurant.
